Fibre Bowl
This delicious Autumn (Fall) combo is packed with fibre providing over one quarter (28%) of the recommended daily amount in one bowl and two of your ‘5 a day’.
Ingredients
- 125ml semi-skimmed milk or milk of choice*
- Two Weetabix biscuits
- Apple- cut to quarter skin-on chunks
- Cinnamon, pinch
- Cupped handful blackberries (16/80g)
Method
- Put two Weetabix in a bowl, top with apple slices and sprinkle over raisins
- Add a pinch of cinnamon to the milk
- Add milk to the bowl and enjoy!
