Protein Bowl
Want to start the day with a protein hit? Packed with wholegrains, Weetabix is a source of protein and Greek yogurt, nuts and seeds add to this making it complete in every way.
Ingredients
- Two Weetabix biscuits
- 150g low fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 kiwi fruit, sliced
- 1 Tbsp pistachios, chopped
- 1 tsp pumpkin seeds (toasted)
Method
- Put two Weetabix in a bowl, top with Greek yogurt, sliced kiwi fruit and sprinkle with chopped pistachios and toasted pumpkin seeds and enjoy!
